Therapy Saves Time and Money
Did you know that therapy can save you both ⏰ time and 💰 money. According to a Yale study, mental illness costs the economy $282 billion annually (Source). That is a lot of money! Another report written by WHO stated “Globally, an estimated 12 billion working days are lost every year to depression and anxiety at a cost of US$ 1 trillion per year in lost productivity” (Source). Wow! Many folks look at therapy as an expense, but the truth is, that engaging high quality therapy can save you a ton of time and money. At PRGRS Therapy, we are all about helping our clients earn back time and money through high quality therapy. Check out our calculator below to see how much time and money you will save by engaging in therapy.

Let’s be real…
Life is hard! Or maybe it’s not and you just want to make it better! Either way, life moves fast, and keeping up can be challenging. We can all use some help managing emotions, staying organized, building relationships, and handling the daily stressors of life.
The constant pressure to keep up can take a toll. Decision fatigue, relationship pressures, out of wack emotions, can all lead to frustration and self-doubt. The stress of juggling work, relationships, and personal goals can make it feel like you’re falling short. Over time, overwhelm and inaction can set in and erode your confidence.
The good news is things don’t have to be this way. With goal-oriented and skill based strategies you will be well equipped to handle all that life throws your way… no matter what it is.

Not everyone has a crystal clear idea of what they want to work on in therapy. That is ok. We will work with you to establish goals so that you feel good about what you get out of therapy.
-
No matter who you see in the practice, you will receive the same flavor of therapy. Each team member has gone through, or is going through training in the specialty areas. Additionally, we meet together as clinicians each week to learn and strengthen our clinical skills.
We typically pair clients with therapists based on availability and preference.
-
We have a wide range of hours available including early mornings, evenings, and weekends. We know people are busy and it can be hard to fit therapy in. We typically work with people to find a time that works for their specific schedule.
