There is no formal ADHD therapy modality, but rather, ADHD therapy is made up of an eclectic mix of modalities, skills, tools. At PRGRS therapy we utilize evidence based treatments including:

How does ADHD Therapy Work?
Quality ADHD begins with an assessment: How is ADHD impacting you on a day to day basis
A custom treatment plan is created: You and you therapist will work together to establish custom goals for you to make progress towards
A bespoke set of tools and skills are taught and implemented to address the most acute concerns. Progress is tracked and measured. Adjustments are made as needed to ensure consistent improvement.
Deep, personal work is also done to ensure that the deep rooted impacts of ADHD are being resolved for lasting change.

Unlike many therapies, ADHD therapy is comprised of multiple modalities. It must be customized to meet the needs of each unique client. ADHD therapy requires a deep knowledge of the condition coupled with a knowledge of evidence based skills and tools that can effect change in the areas of life impacted by ADHD.
Additionally, ADHD therapy is highly actionable and practical. Clients will walk away from sessions with tools and methods they can implement right away to see quick results.

The out of pocket rate is a flat fee of $125 per session

We currently offer virtual care only. In our experience this has been just as effective as in person care.

No matter who you see in the practice, you will receive the same quality and style of therapy. All providers at PRGRS attend weekly supervision and receive training in ADHD.
That being said people are paired with therapists based on fit, their preference, and schedule availability
